Prophet Kobus is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Redeemed Of The Lord Church in Parow, Cape Town. For more than four decades he has carried a singular passion: to see lives transformed by the unchanging gospel of Jesus Christ and the power of persistent, believing prayer.

Born and raised in the Western Cape, he gave his heart to the Lord as a young man and answered the call to full-time ministry shortly after. From the early days of preaching in homes, halls and open-air crusades, his ministry has grown into a recognised voice of faith and breakthrough across South Africa.
